We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred dates. For weekends, public holidays, and special occasions like birthdays and get-togethers, booking 1–2 weeks ahead is strongly advised as availability fills quickly.
Yes. Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. To modify your dates, contact us on WhatsApp: +234 815 937 9463.

All payments are secure. We do not store your card details.
A refundable caution fee of ₦150,000 is required at check-in. This covers any accidental damage during your stay. The full amount is returned within 24 hours of checkout once the property has been inspected.
Flutterwave payments are confirmed automatically within minutes. For bank transfers, confirmation is sent within 30 minutes of our admin receiving your proof of payment. You'll receive a booking reference number via WhatsApp and email.
Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon).

Early check-in and late checkout may be available on request — please message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your stay. Additional charges may apply.
After your booking is confirmed, we'll send you the property address, gate access code, and a welcome guide via WhatsApp. A host will be available to welcome you on arrival and walk you through the smart home features.
The pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round and is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no sharing with other guests. Pool lighting is available for evening swims.
The smart home system covers automated lighting (scene presets for dining, movie, party), climate control (AC in every room), smart TV & streaming, and security camera monitoring. Your host will demo everything on arrival.
Yes — high-speed fibre WiFi is included at no extra charge. Speeds are suitable for remote work, video calls, and 4K streaming simultaneously across all devices. The password is provided in your welcome guide.
